BYD LVS connector set 70 mm²

Make your own neat and safe battery cable set for your BYD Battery-Box Premium LVS with this BYD LVS connector set for 50 mm² DC cable. The set contains male + female LVS connectors and is designed to connect directly to the LVS connection ports of the battery (PDU).

Installation tips for the installer

1. Tools – use a hydraulic/hex press with the appropriate 70mm² jaw. Carry out a tensile test after pressing. (70mm² is required by the connector-do not use 35mm² with this kit).

2. Polarity & routing – keep +/- consistent; lay cables short and stress-free.

3. Connect to PDU – lock LVS connectors fully; check for click/lock and tighten protection.

4. Inverter side – use suitable cable lugs (often M8) and the correct tightening torque according to the inverter manufacturer. (See examples in pre-assembled kits).

5. Safety – work de-energised; follow BYD manual. Use cable grommets, conductor end sleeves and strain relief where necessary.
