The Esdec ClickFit end cap black is the finishing touch for your mounting rail. You click it onto the end of the rail so that your mounting looks tight and there are no sharp edges.

Finish your PV mounting neatly with the Esdec ClickFit Basic end cap black. This end cap is placed on the end of the mounting rail so that the rail has a tight finish, is better protected and you no longer see an “open” profile.

Installation tips

1) Installation at the right time

First assemble and position your rails definitively. End caps are usually placed as the last step, once rails are at length.

2) Rail to size? Tidy it up first

If you have shortened a rail: deburr the end. A smooth rail end clicks nicer and prevents the hood from being crooked.
Check that there are no metal chips or dirt in the profile.

3) Mounting the end cap

Slide/press the end cap in/over the rail profile until it fits well.
Do not force it: if it does not fit properly, check that you have the right rail (ClickFit Basic) and the right direction.

Note (function): An end cap is intended to finish and protect the rail end. It is not a load-bearing component and does not replace connectors, clamps or other structural components.
