Step 1: Positioning the Wind Deflectors Start by accurately positioning the wind deflectors on both sides of the solar array. Make sure the flange is always facing the module array for optimal protection.

Step 2: Preparation with push-through plates Carefully open the push-through plates on the underside of the wind deflector at the cable entries. Fold them up for convenient cut-outs through which the cables can pass.

Step 3: Assembly with Precision Fit the wind deflectors over the cable grommets and press the starlock firmly over the bases for a perfect fit. Attach the wind deflectors extra securely with self-tapping sheet metal screws at both the high and low points of the base elements.

Step 4: Optional Grounding for Extra Security Increase the safety of your installation by grounding the wind deflectors with self-drilling screws. Follow the pre-drilled hole next to the lower starlock for accurate placement.
