Tigo Energy TS4-A Optimizer

Note: Tigo optimisers are basically plug&play, and it is possible to fit only the panels that are underperforming with a Tigo optimiser. However, to claim warranty, all panels must be fitted with Tigo optimisers, and the system must be connected to the internet using a Cloud Connect Advanced set.

Tigo Energy TS4-A optimisers can reduce yield loss in case of partial shadow in a string. They do this by maintaining the output amperage so that the panels that do produce well can transmit their power to the inverter. Thus, the Tigo TS4-A Optimisers can overcome a mismatch of up to 25%.

Perfect for partial shading on one or a few panels of the string!

This new generation of advanced optimisers features Tigo Energy’s new Ultra-High-Definition technology. It uses new designs and higher quality components. For example, these optimisers now support 80Vdc STC maximum input voltage and 15 amps maximum input current, with a maximum peak power of 700watt!

High definition sampling rate technology provides even more accurate monitoring and surveillance, even more information in the monitoring portal and UL certification for the rapid shutdown requirements of the 2017 NEC.

Check Tigo’ s compatibility list to see if your inverter and Tigo work together. Please note that the solar panels without shade in the string must be able to produce the inverter’s start-up voltage!
