Growatt GroBoost – Smart Boiler Control for Solar Energy

The Growatt GroBoost is a smart power controller that allows you to automatically use excess solar energy to heat water in an electric boiler, for example. Through real-time connection to your Growatt solar power system, the GroBoost dynamically adjusts the power, allowing you to make the best use of your own solar power instead of feeding it back to the grid.

The GroBoost is eminently suitable for those who want to heat their boiler smartly and efficiently based on solar production – fully in line with the NEN1010 standardisation: you connect it to its own free group and therefore not via a standard socket.

Application: dynamic heating with solar energy

The Growatt GroBoost is specially designed to control one to three electric boilers or other resistance heating elements (such as underfloor heating or buffer tanks). Thanks to three outputs of 3.6 kW each, you can control up to 10.8 kW of heating power. Combined with Growatt ShineLAN, meters and the ShinePhone app, everything is controlled fully automatically.
