Illbruck OS111 bitumen adhesive sealant

Powerful, cold-action adhesive and sealant for bituminous roofs and gable details. With illbruck OS111 you glue and seal overlaps, penetrations, bilges, seams and small leaks reliably. Ideal for (emergency) repairs on APP/SBS bitumen, shingles, metal, wood and mineral substrates.

Processing tips (practical)

Substrate dry to slightly moist, clean, dust- and grease-free. Remove loose material.

In case of strongly porous/mineral work: first use a suitable primer.

Apply with a caulking gun, spray on evenly and press/combine for optimum adhesion.

Consumption indication: ≈ 3-5 m per tube at bead Ø6 mm (depending on substrate and roughness).

Do not use directly on EPDM/TPO/PVC roofing membranes (risk of plasticiser/compatibility problems). Use a separation/adhesion tape or choose a suitable sealant.

Processing and curing dependent on temperature/moisture; consult packaging for specific times and safety.
