The Conduct PVtube FlatRoof kit is the ideal solution for the fire-safe and airtight routing of DC cabling on flat roofs. This allows you to route your solar power cables neatly and safely through the roof structure. The set contains two feed-through caps with cable glands, two tubes, two base plates with sealing rings and comes complete with a FlatRoof adapter. Furthermore, the clever design prevents mechanical stress on the cabling, ensuring your installation continues to function reliably for years to come.

Double insulation for an energy-efficient roof structure

This feed-through utilises double insulation, effectively preventing thermal bridges in the roof. This keeps your home’s thermal envelope intact and maintains the building’s energy performance. As the kit complies with the requirements of NPR5310, it also contributes to achieving the BENG 1 energy performance rating. This allows you to combine a safe penetration with a favourable insulation value.

Robust and fire-safe design

Separate penetration in accordance with NPR5310

Thanks to the separate penetration per string, this set meets the fire safety requirements of NPR5310. The aluminium collar ensures a secure and weather-resistant fixing to the flat roof. As a result, the structure withstands all weather conditions, whilst the sealing rings provide an airtight finish. Installation requires just one 152 mm drill hole or two 32 mm drill holes. Furthermore, the set can optionally be combined with the PVtile, an insulation cylinder or a graphite plate.
