Installation tips

• 1. Switch off the power to the charging station
  Switch off the circuit of the charging station in the meter cupboard before you remove the cover. Safety first – even though you normally do not come into direct contact with live parts when changing the cover.
• 2. Carefully remove the old cover
  Follow the steps in the Easee manual: usually it is a combination of releasing the lock and carefully pulling the cover forwards/upwards. Do not force anything; the clips are sturdy, but you do not want to damage them.
• 3. Fit and click the new cover into place
  First position the new cover at the bottom in the guides, then press it evenly into place until you feel it click. Check all round that the cover fits neatly.
• 4. Fit the cover for the Mennekes socket outlet
  Place the small cover supplied over the Mennekes socket outlet according to the instructions. That way the socket stays protected and the charging station looks like one whole.
• 5. Function test after installation
  Switch the circuit in the meter cupboard back on, check that the status LEDs of the charging station start up normally and test a short charging session with your EV.
