Quick-click east-west mounting system

The Esdec FlatFix Wave Dual Unit 4P DR1 is the base module with which you mount solar panels in an east-west layout on a flat roof. Thanks to the smart click system, you fold and click the module into place in just a few actions, so installation is quick and reliable. This dual set-up makes optimal use of the roof surface, because panels face in two directions, east and west. This gives you a more even yield across the day.

Well-considered and durable design

Integrated bonding and fully recyclable

Esdec builds the system with integrated equipotential bonding between the metal parts. As a result, no additional bonding between components is needed, because the serration of the tall base elements grips directly into the panel frames. Moreover, all materials are recyclable at the end of their service life. You attach the plastic roof supports and wind deflectors easily via a click system, so dismantling later is just as quick.

Robust in all weather conditions

Suitable for wind zones and snow load

The FlatFix Wave system is suitable for all wind zones, terrain categories and building heights up to 12 metres, provided the maximum wind pressure is not exceeded. As a result, the installation stays stable even in heavier weather conditions. You ballast the whole with blocks of 4 kg, which you place according to the layout plan from the calculator. Furthermore, the system works on all common roof coverings such as concrete, bitumen, EPDM, PVC and TPO, with a roof pitch of up to and including 5 degrees.
