The Conduct PVtube FlatRoof set is the ideal solution for the fire-safe and airtight routing of DC cabling on flat roofs. This allows you to route your solar power cables neatly and safely through the roof structure. Furthermore, this set is specifically designed for 1 YMVK M20 cable. The set contains two feed-through caps with cable glands, two conduits and two base plates with sealing rings, whilst the FlatRoof adapter is included as standard. The clever design prevents mechanical stress on the cabling, ensuring your installation continues to function reliably for years to come.

This penetration system utilises double insulation, effectively preventing thermal bridges in the roof. This keeps your building’s thermal envelope intact and maintains its energy performance. As the kit complies with the requirements of NPR 5310:2024, it also contributes to achieving the BENG 1 energy performance rating. This allows you to combine a safe penetration with favourable insulation performance.

Separate feed-through in accordance with NPR 5310:2024

Thanks to the separate feed-through for each cable, the Conduct PVtube FlatRoof kit meets the fire safety requirements of NPR 5310:2024. This allows you to route the PLUS and MIN cables safely and separately through the roof. The aluminium sleeve ensures a secure and weather-resistant fixing to the flat roof. This means the structure can withstand all weather conditions, whilst the sealing rings provide an airtight finish. Installation requires just one 152 mm drill hole or two 32 mm drill holes. Furthermore, the set can optionally be combined with an insulation cylinder.
