The Ratio IO6 Pro charging station is a versatile charging point with a socket that charges your electric car quickly and safely. Thanks to the maximum charging capacity of 22 kW across three phases, your car charges swiftly. This model is also fitted with a certified MID meter, which makes the charging station suitable for the ERE scheme. That way you can easily settle your charging costs with your work or employer.

Smart charging on solar energy

Pure Solar, Smart Solar, Smart and Basic

With the Ratio IO6 Pro charging station you decide for yourself how you charge. In Pure Solar mode you charge entirely on solar energy, while Smart Solar combines part solar and part grid power. In addition, there is the Smart mode for charging from the grid with load balancing and the Basic mode without load balancing. The charging station therefore adapts to your situation. Charging even starts with a small number of PV panels or little sun: in Pure Solar mode the unit also charges single-phase, so you do not need 3 times 6 amps but just 6 amps on one phase.

For load balancing and charging on solar energy you do need a load balancing module. Solar charging does not work without this module. We therefore recommend the Ratio Sense Wireless P1 smart meter reading unit, which reads your consumption via the P1 port of your smart meter.

Robust design with plenty of convenience

Black housing, RFID and free Ratio app

The charging station has a sleek, black housing that you mount easily on the wall, both indoors and outdoors. Through the free Ratio app you get insight into the current charging session and view your charging history. You also link a licence plate to it and lock or unlock the charger remotely. Locking is also possible with an RFID card. Thanks to dynamic load balancing, the charging station automatically starts charging more slowly as soon as power consumption in the house rises. This protects you against peak loads and overloading of your electricity network. You also connect the station to ethernet or wifi, so you are always online.
