BluBase Classic trapezoidal standing seam clamp (scissor bracket)

The BluBase Classic trapezoidal standing seam clamp, also called a scissor bracket, is a practical solution for fastening mounting systems on standing seam roofs. Thanks to the clever scissor mechanism, you clamp the bracket easily and firmly onto the standing seam, without complicated installation.

The clamp is fitted with integrated adhesive edges that provide extra grip and positioning during installation. For situations where extra certainty is desired, the clamp can also be fixed mechanically with screws.

Installation

• Place the standing seam clamp in the correct position on the seam
• Use the adhesive edges for temporary fixing
• Tighten the nut so that the clamp grips firmly
• Fasten the mounting rail with a roof hook bolt

Installation tip: For extra strength and long-term load, you can additionally secure the clamp with screws.

Please note: with vertical installation you also need a corner connector and an extra roof hook bolt.
