Safe and robust combiner box technology

Up to 1000 V DC and 70 A output current

The combiner box handles a maximum input current of 50 A per tower and delivers up to 70 A output current to the inverter. This makes the system suitable for powerful HV set-ups up to 1000 V DC. The box works entirely passively with natural convection, so no fan is needed. The box also supports the HVS, HVM, HVB, HVM+, HVS+ and HVE series, provided that all towers have the same module build-up.

IP65 housing for indoors and outdoors

Thanks to the IP65 protection rating you can place the wall-mounted housing both indoors and outdoors. The operating temperature range runs from -20 °C to +50 °C, while the box functions up to an altitude of 4000 metres. In addition, the BYD Battery-Box Combiner Box Plus CBH-70A is certified according to EN IEC 61439-1/2, with a TÜV Rheinland CE and CB certificate.
