Easy installation: Lift a roof tile and you will see the batten and the tile underneath. The Solarstell roof hook slides behind the batten and over the tile, resting safely in the hollow of the tile. A standard roof hook requires no screws. Only a screw hook, adjustable screw hook with plate, or slate hook has to be fixed firmly with wood screws.

Efficient positioning: Ensure an even and stable installation by fitting the roof hook every 90 to 100 cm. Next, mount the mounting rails onto the roof hooks using the Solarstell roof hook bolts.

Choosing the right roof hook: Select the right hook based on the thickness of the tile + batten for a perfect fit. The dimensions of the 43-45mm roof hook are clearly shown in the image below. At the top the hook has a clearance of approx. 43mm, at the bottom the hook has a clearance of approx. 45mm. Select a roof hook that is not too small. If you are unsure which roof hook you need, the adjustable roof hook is the answer. It has a clearance of up to 47mm at the top and up to 50mm at the bottom. Do you need more space?
