The Growatt MOD 5000 TL3-HU inverter efficiently converts your solar energy into usable AC power, whilst simultaneously storing energy in a battery. With a nominal AC power output of 5000 W and two independent MPPT trackers, you can make the most of your PV strings. Furthermore, this inverter features an integrated backup function without the need for a separate backup box, ensuring that critical loads continue to operate even during a grid failure. Thanks to its smart energy management, you can easily manage your self-consumption.

This Growatt MOD 5000 TL3-HU inverter is battery-ready and works in conjunction with the compatible Growatt APX battery system. This allows you to set up your storage flexibly, for example using the APX 5.0M-B3 master module as a basis. You can also set various operating modes yourself, such as Load First, Battery First and Grid First. This makes it easy to optimise your self-consumption. Thanks to its transformerless topology, the inverter also operates at high efficiency, ensuring minimal energy loss. You can manage your self-consumption even more intelligently with the Growatt GroHome Manager-X.

IP66 protection for indoor and outdoor installation

The MOD 5000 TL3-HU is rated to IP66 and is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. Furthermore, the inverter offers reliable safety features, such as overvoltage protection, insulation resistance monitoring and anti-islanding protection. This ensures your installation continues to perform safely and stably. Thanks to its natural cooling system, the unit also operates very quietly, without fans. You can easily monitor your system’s performance remotely via the Growatt ShineWiFi-X monitoring module.
